Maja got into triathlon quite late, but that doesn't stop her from setting herself big goals and pursuing them with full commitment.
She was always very active, did sportclimbing as competitive sport in adolescence and some run events for fun. She later took part in a multisport event a few times (Gigathlon Switzerland) and found her way into triathlon, where she raced as an AG 2019-2022 and had her first year as a Pro in 2023. During this pro year she realised that this is exactly what she wants, what makes her happy and fulfils her life.
Triathlon completely fascinated her from the very first moment and she discovered a huge passion. She just loves the training and of course racing, the triathlon lifestyle, the community…
