Fresh off the bike from breaking the Canadian one-hour cycling record, Lionel Sanders spoke EXCLUSIVELY to the PTO about his next focus, the PTO 2020 Championship at Challenge Daytona on December 6th.
Despite the incredible achievement that saw the Canadian pro smash through 205 laps covering a distance of 51.304km in an hour, Sanders admits he still needs to extend his endurance to beat the world’s best at Daytona International Speedway.
The 32-year-old told us he is also relishing his first test against some big names from the world of ITU including Kristian Blummenfelt, Vincent Luis and Gustav Iden with a message… “If you are racing for money. You will be destroyed.”
